With over 20 years of experience in business, and 16 of those focused on Information Technology, DCI was formed with the goal of providing the optimal training environment for Fortune 500 companies as well as the Department of Defense clients. Our commitment to customer service is the central focus of our operating philosophy; in addition, we are always focused on our goal of client service and operational excellence.

DC Industries is an authorized partner with CompTIA, a Red Hat Training Provider, an authorized EC-Council Training Center, and National Initiative for Cybersecurity Careers and Studies (NICCS) Education and Training Provider. We are also a PearsonVUE Authorized Testing Center. This allows us to provide our customers with a meaningful training experience followed by the certification they need.

Our Core Competencies

Our focus is on cyber security, network administration, and system administration. From CompTIA courses to the higher levels of Cisco training, we also focus on the cyber security aspects with offerings for “Securing the Cloud” to “Insider Threat Assessments.”

DCI also provides training on risk management, programming, and business executive training. Our business model is being ready to deploy training anywhere in the world, bringing equipment an instructors to you.

Private Group Training

DC Industries strives to create custom environments for the optimum learning experience in technological advancement. We are prepared to provide focused training on our customers’ organizational needs. We can also provide on-site training using our mobile notebook course work and labs.

Customized Training

We provide customized, instructor-led training to focus concentrated knowledge on your most critical topics. Our team of subject-matter-experts will create time efficient and cost effective solutions to help you maximize your investment in information technology.

Training Room Rentals

We offer rental agreements for our professional training and conference rooms. Rental agreements are subject to adjustment based on DCI’s training schedule, but we will be glad to work with our customers to offer them a collaborative space.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. VISA, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted; as well as checks, purchase orders, and money orders. Training Vouchers may be purchased at any time during the year. Each voucher will be valid towards any scheduled training and may be utilized for any customized training.

Retake Policy:

Students may retake a class for any reason on a space available basis, for a period of up to one year from the start date of the originally scheduled class. Students must supply their original classroom manuals. Retakes for product upgrade classes will incur a fee for new books and classroom materials.

Cancellation Policy:

11 business days prior to class: student may request a full refund.
10 business days prior to class: No refund; student may reschedule with no additional penalties.
First day of class: no refund/may retake class.

DC Industries reserves the right to cancel or postpone a class due to a scheduling conflict or low enrollment. In the event of such an activity: DC Industries will refund the paid tuition and fees if requested.
